第六堂「信易職人講堂 x 平湖市育新小學」

  此次课程由我们信易集团平湖厂钣金部钣金课课长 陆晓带队,并亲自为我们六年级一班的小朋友上了一堂关于让大家了解生活中的钣金产品和通过一个小车制作让大家了解钣金产品是怎么样做出来的课程,课程以简单明瞭,通俗易懂的PPT形式呈现,加上让小朋友动手做一个消防车小制作的互动方式,使孩子们轻松了解钣金制作的过程,了解生活中的钣金产品知识。
  This session was led by Lu Xiao, the head of Sheet Metal Department of Pinghu SHINI. He personally taught Grade 6 Class 1 about how to make sheet metal products in our everyday lives. The course was presented with a PPT, and the children were able to interact through making their own a small fire truck. This is so that the children can get a better understand the process of sheet metal production and be able to have more the knowledge about sheet metal products in our daily lives.
  一开始,陆老師先给小朋友们在PPT中看了生活中的钣金产品,钣金产品是经过钣金激光、折弯、焊接、打磨、抛光、涂装等加工设备制作出来的金属制品。激光可以割出你想要的的形状:圆形、长方形、椭圆形等等;焊接通过手工焊接和机器焊接2种方式把产品焊接到一起。
  Mr. Lu first showed the children some common sheet metal products we use in the PPT. Sheet metal products are made with sheet metal laser, bending, welding, polishing, coating and other processes. The laser can cut out the shape you want: circle, rectangle, ellipse, etc.; welding can weld the products together by manual welding and machine welding.
  焊接完成的产品经过打磨抛光之后,会变得光滑,不伤手。经过介绍,小朋友们已经对钣金产品是如何进行制作和形成的有所了解。然后陆老師以提问的形式切入主题:在生活中,有没有常见的经过激光、焊接制作而成的产品呢?小朋友们纷纷开动脑筋,踊跃回答问题,在过程中,有几个小朋友表示在生活中见过经过钣金加工后的成品,比如课桌椅、洗手台、厨房的水槽等;然后陆老師拿出用钣金件制作的小汽车模型,并介绍了小汽车模型的制作工序:先经过图纸设计、生计编程、然后钣金加工、焊接加工、最后打磨抛光完成。并传给每位小朋友深入认识和了解一下。
  After polishing, the welded products will become smooth without hurting hands. After the introduction, the children now have learned some of basica about how to make sheet metal products. Teacher Lu then proceeded to ask them some questions: in life, are there any common products made by laser and welding? Several children said that they had seen the finished products after sheet metal processing in their lives, such as desks and chairs, hand washing table, kitchen sink, etc.; Teacher Lu then took out a car model made of sheet metal parts, and introduced the production process of the car model: designing,  programming, and then the actual crafting of the model. Each child got to inspect the car model for further understanding.
  最后陆老師拿出木质拼图拼出来的消防车模型,原理和钣金制作的小汽车模型加工是差不多的;小朋友们都聚精会神地看着。然后陆课拿出5份还未拼的消防车拼图,让小朋友们分为5个小组,大家开动脑筋自己动手进行消防车模型的拼接制作。小朋友们都很喜欢,特别是一些男孩子,动手能力特别强,不一会功夫初步形状已经拼出来了。
  Afterwards, Teacher Lu took out a fire truck model made of wood puzzle pieces. The principle is similar to the car model made of sheet metal. The children studied it attentively.  Teacher Lu then took out 5 sets of the fire truck jigsaw that had not been assembled yet, and asked the children to divide themselves into 5 groups. They worked together to make the model of the fire truck by themselves. The children all enjoyed the process very much, especially some of the boys. They all have strong hands-on abilities. The preliminary shape was built out in a short time.
  不知不觉,40分钟的课程时间到了。课程在孩子们依依不舍的眼神中结束了,陆老師也是意犹未尽,期待着下次给小朋友们上课。
  As time flies by, the 40 minute session is over. The session ended with reluctant looks from the children, and Mr. Lu as well, who is looking forward to the next class with the children.
